By using the Website or submitting the enquiry form you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
We are an authorised dealer. Kinetic products are designed and manufactured by their manufacturer. Warranty, roadside assistance (RSA) and similar benefits are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions, which are available on request at our showroom.
Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create an obligation to purchase or a guaranteed test ride slot. Test rides are subject to availability, a valid driving licence and showroom safety rules. You must give accurate details, including a mobile number you own or are authorised to use.
Where you tick the optional WhatsApp, RCS or SMS box on the enquiry form, you give us express consent to send you messages on that channel at the mobile number you provided, for these purposes: responding to your enquiry, test ride and booking confirmations, product and offer updates, service reminders, and related customer communication.
Consent is recorded with the time of submission and the page it was given on, so we can honour and evidence your choices.
You agree not to submit false, misleading or another person’s details, not to use the Website for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website, and not to use automated tools to scrape or submit the form.
Kinetic and related names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used here by an authorised dealer. The Tribhuvan name, Website design and original content belong to us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.
